Anti-Trafficking and Anti-Exploitation Policy
Zero-tolerance rules against trafficking and sexual exploitation
The English version of these policies controls. Any translation is provided only for convenience.
Averlo, LLC prohibits the use of Sugar AI, including https://sugarai.fun/ and https://sugarai.art/, to facilitate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, child exploitation, or physical abuse. This rule covers users, community contributors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and anyone promoting the service.
1. Prohibited Conduct
The service must not be used to recruit, control, transport, advertise, purchase, sell or exploit a person. Prohibited conduct includes arranging sexual services, escorting, prostitution or compensated dating, and sharing payment instructions, availability or contact details to facilitate it. Sugar AI is fictional entertainment; its name does not describe a real-world sexual-service marketplace.
Sexual coercion, debt bondage, threats, document confiscation, forced work, sexual blackmail, inability to leave and exploitation of a person's vulnerability are prohibited. A claim that something is roleplay does not authorize material barred by the Blocked Content Policy.
2. Detection and Escalation
Reviewers assess reports and content for indications of coercion, third-party control, exploitative recruitment, illicit sexual-service offers, and attempts to move such activity off-platform. An indicator triggers assessment. It is not by itself a conclusive accusation. Relevant prompts and outputs are checked, and community publication is reviewed before display. The same restrictions apply to tags and any promotion of the service.
Credible imminent harm receives urgent escalation. Identified illegal content is removed immediately. We take proportionate steps to restrict accounts, prevent recurrence, preserve lawfully required evidence and make required reports to competent authorities. Records are limited to authorized personnel and are not used as general training material.
3. Reporting and Protection
Anyone may report a concern without an account by email to [email protected]. The Complaints Policy explains how reports are handled. Give the location, a factual description and whether someone may be in immediate danger. Do not confront a suspected exploiter or circulate suspected CSAM as part of a report. Contact emergency services where urgent assistance is needed.
We protect good-faith reporting and participation in investigations from retaliation. An inconclusive report is not a basis to punish a reporter. The Complaints Policy governs response and review; the Content Removal Policy governs removal and depicted-person protections.
4. Partners and Accountability
Staff and relevant partners must understand the reporting route and their responsibilities before handling content or promotions. We review incidents for control failures and record corrective action. Payment and hosting partners receive required incident or periodic reporting through their authorized channels with sensitive information minimized. No external membership, certification or partnership is claimed by this Policy.
