Blocked Content Policy
Categories of content and conduct that Sugar AI does not permit
The English version of these policies controls. Any translation is provided only for convenience.
This Policy sets the content boundaries for Sugar AI, operated by Averlo, LLC at https://sugarai.fun/ and https://sugarai.art/. It covers prompts, private responses, generated media, fictional characters, community posts, usernames, captions, search terms, links, thumbnails and promotion. A private setting, fictional label or payment does not create an exception.
1. Permitted Framework
Lawful entertainment involving clearly adult fictional characters may be permitted. Photorealistic virtual adults are allowed if they do not depict or identify real people. Sexual themes must be consensual and comply with the categories below. A stated age cannot cure a childlike appearance or an underage context. No rule permits real-world commercial sexual contact.
2. Minors and Child Exploitation
We prohibit any sexual, nude, fetishized, romanticized or suggestive depiction involving or appearing to involve a minor; child sexual abuse material; grooming or solicitation; and requests, links or instructions facilitating exploitation. The ban covers real and synthetic media, cartoons, anime, altered images and text. Youth-coded framing, childlike physical features, explicit underage ages and sexual age-regression are prohibited. Describing a childlike character as an adult does not make it acceptable.
3. Real People and Identity Misuse
Do not upload a real person's photograph or other real-person image, create an identifiable real-person character, or use face swaps, likeness references or voice impersonation to recreate a real individual. This applies to yourself, acquaintances, public figures and licensed images; alleged consent is not an exception. Do not upload identity documents as content.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge imagery, intimate digital forgeries, sexual blackmail and nudification of real people are prohibited. Do not present generated material as genuine evidence of a real individual or event. Accidental resemblance can be reported and removed under the Content Removal Policy.
4. Exploitation and Non-Consensual Conduct
We prohibit trafficking, forced labor, sexual servitude, sexual assault, coercion, extortion and sexual conduct involving a person unable to consent. Advertising or arranging escorting, prostitution, paid sexual contact or compensated dating is prohibited. Recruitment offers, payment details, contact exchanges or off-platform referrals must not facilitate those activities. A fictional scenario cannot be used to promote or normalize prohibited coercion.
5. Other Sexual and Violent Content
Bestiality, sexual activity involving animals, necrophilia, incest, sexualized death or severe injury, and sexual content otherwise unlawful in the relevant territory are prohibited. Graphic real-world torture, mutilation, cannibalism or cruelty intended to glorify harm or instruct abuse is prohibited. We also prohibit operational instructions or encouragement for serious violence, terrorism, suicide or self-harm.
6. Rights, Harassment and Security
Do not submit doxxing, stalking, threats, harassment, hateful attacks on protected groups, confidential records, stolen credentials, malware, fraudulent solicitations or material that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights. Do not impersonate our staff, the billing provider or a verification service. Spam, deceptive payment demands and unauthorized advertising are prohibited.
Do not bypass moderation or age checks; conceal blocked requests through coded, split or translated inputs; tamper with publication status; scrape private data; remove provenance labels to deceive; or use the Service to commit or conceal unlawful acts. Good-faith vulnerability research requires prior authorization through an approved channel.
7. Generation, Community and Marketing Enforcement
Content checks apply to requests and outputs. Community submissions, including associated text and previews, must pass review before publication. High-risk or ambiguous material is withheld and escalated. Editing a published item requires a new check before the changed item is shown. Offending material is restricted or removed and serious or repeated misuse may lead to account closure.
Advertising and search presentation must never imply access to minors, non-consensual material, real-person sexual deepfakes, illegal sexual services or unrestricted illegal generation. Affiliates and contractors must follow the same boundaries. Passing a technical filter does not make a prohibited item permissible.
8. Reporting and Review
Report a concern by email to [email protected] without an account. The Complaints Policy explains how reports are handled. Provide the location and a short explanation; do not forward suspected CSAM. The Complaints Policy and Content Removal Policy govern response times, removal, appeals and independent consent review. Identified illegal content is removed immediately, and valid intimate-image requests receive the 48-hour handling described there.
