Community Guidelines
Rules for publishing characters and media in the community
The English version of these policies controls. Any translation is provided only for convenience.
The Sugar AI community lets eligible adults submit generated fictional content for publication on https://sugarai.fun/ and https://sugarai.art/. Averlo, LLC operates both domains. These Guidelines apply to posts, fictional characters, captions, tags, profiles, and any other enabled community interaction. They supplement the Terms, Safety Guidelines, Blocked Content Policy and Content Provider Agreement.
1. Who Can Contribute
You must be at least 18, meet any higher local requirement, confirm your age at the access gate, and follow these Guidelines and the Content Provider Agreement. Selecting a fictional character's adult age does not establish your own age. Do not share, sell, or borrow an account.
2. What Can Be Posted
Post only permitted fictional adult content that you are entitled to submit. Photorealistic virtual people are allowed; recognizable real people, real-person pictures, face swaps and real-person sexual deepfakes are prohibited, including self-images and allegedly consensual material. All depicted characters must clearly be adults in appearance and context. The Blocked Content Policy applies in full.
Do not include private conversation logs, contact information, a real person's identity, wallet keys, or payment references. Do not advertise sexual services, arrange compensated dating, recruit anyone for exploitation, or direct users to those activities off-platform. Harassment, doxxing, scams, spam, and rights infringement are prohibited.
3. Submission and Review
Choose the specific item and publication audience deliberately. Private generation does not automatically post to the community. Before submission, the interface identifies what will become public, including any profile information. Submitted material stays unavailable to other users until review permits publication.
Review covers the complete item: media, description, title, thumbnail, tags and links. Ambiguous or flagged content is held for further assessment. A changed item must pass review again before the change goes live. Payment or successful generation is not publication approval. Moderators may reject or remove an item even when it passed an earlier automated check.
4. Authenticity, Sharing and Withdrawal
Do not suggest that a virtual character is a real person available for a relationship or meeting, or that generated media records real events. Preserve relevant AI-origin labels. Community permission is subject to the personal-use license in the Terms; it does not grant a commercial license, transfer copyright that does not exist, or authorize reuse of another person's identity.
Public material can be seen and copied by eligible viewers. Think before posting. You may request removal at [email protected]. We can remove accessible copies we control, but cannot guarantee deletion of copies independently made elsewhere. Restricted legal or safety records may remain under the Privacy Policy.
5. Reports and Enforcement
Email [email protected]. The Complaints Policy at /complaints explains how reports are handled. Non-members and people whose accounts are suspended may still report concerns. Do not repost harmful material to draw attention to it or circulate suspected CSAM.
The Complaints Policy sets acknowledgment, decision and appeal periods; the Content Removal Policy provides urgent intimate-image and depicted-person procedures. We can restrict a post or account pending review, remove offending content, limit features or terminate access. Enforcement on one domain is not bypassed by posting on the other. Good-faith disagreement or reporting is not grounds for retaliation.
