Content Provider Agreement
Rules for contributors who publish content to the community
The English version of these policies controls. Any translation is provided only for convenience.
This Agreement is between Averlo, LLC, operating Sugar AI at https://sugarai.fun/ and https://sugarai.art/, and the account holder who generates content or submits material ("you" or "contributor"). It supplements the Terms & Conditions. Public posts stay unavailable to other users until they pass review.
1. Acceptance
This Agreement applies when you generate content or submit material to the community. We associate that use with your account. Publishing is limited to eligible adult accounts. We do not collect identity documents or selfies in order to publish. Do not upload identity records into generation or the community. Keep account information current and tell us if access is compromised. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account.
2. Your Content Commitments
You agree that every contribution and generation request must comply with law, the Terms, Blocked Content Policy, Underage and Age Assurance Policy, Safety Guidelines and Community Guidelines. You may contribute only material you have the necessary rights to use. You must not provide illegal or exploitative material, mislead reviewers about its source, or evade content or age restrictions.
Only fictional adult characters are permitted. Realistic-looking virtual adults are acceptable; real-person pictures, recognizable real-person characters, face swaps and real-person intimate imagery are prohibited, including yourself and material you claim is consensual or licensed. All depicted characters must clearly be adults in appearance and context. A label or a declaration cannot cure a contrary depiction.
3. Source Records and Unexpected Real Persons
Keep sufficient source information to explain how contributed material was created and what rights you have, including available generation references, asset identifiers and licenses. Provide relevant supporting records securely on a reasonable compliance request. Do not fabricate a performer ID or consent form for a wholly synthetic person.
For any submitted material that actually depicts a real person, you must have verified that person's adult age and identity and obtained and retained their written consent covering depiction, public distribution and upload, and downloading where enabled. You must be able to supply supporting records securely on request. This obligation does not grant permission to submit real-person material: such material is prohibited under Sugar AI's current rules even if those records exist. If you discover an actual person appears in a contribution, stop distribution and notify [email protected] immediately. We will restrict it and review the incident.
Consent cannot be obtained through coercion or deception. Do not submit material when consent is absent, invalid, withdrawn within applicable rights or outside the permitted scope. A depicted person's complaint takes priority over a contributor's claim of ownership.
4. Review Before Publication
A submission stays pending until the complete item has passed review, including captions, tags, links and previews. High-risk or unclear submissions are withheld and escalated. Each modified version must be reviewed before publication. Do not manipulate a URL, file or external reference after approval to replace reviewed content. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, visibility or retention of a post.
5. Permission to Operate the Service
To the extent you hold relevant rights, you license Averlo and its providers to process, store, moderate, format and display your contribution as needed to supply your requested feature. If you expressly submit it for publication, that permission includes showing the approved item and selected public profile information to the permitted audience. The Terms govern the limited user license for service-generated outputs. This Agreement does not transfer a third party's rights or create copyright in otherwise unprotectable output.
Private information is processed under the Privacy Policy. This license is not consent to optional model training, advertising use or any use of a real likeness. Removal from the community ends future public display within our control, subject to limited technical processing and required legal preservation.
6. Reports, Appeals and Enforcement
Cooperate with proportionate requests to investigate a content, rights or safety issue. Do not contact a complainant to threaten or pressure them. We may withhold or remove content, suspend publication privileges or close an account for serious or repeated violations. The Complaints Policy supplies the internal review route; the Content Removal Policy supplies depicted-person and independent consent review.
We immediately remove identified illegal content. A valid non-consensual intimate image request uses the specific 48-hour process. An appeal does not restore content that independently violates policy or law. Lawful reporting and restricted evidence preservation may continue after account closure.
