Refund and Cancellation Policy
Rules for credit purchases and refunds
The English version of these policies controls. Any translation is provided only for convenience.
This Policy covers Sugar AI credit purchases on https://sugarai.fun/ and https://sugarai.art/, operated by Averlo, LLC. Purchases are one-time cryptocurrency payments processed by NOWPayments at https://nowpayments.io/. We do not offer subscriptions, card payments, or other payment methods. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.
1. What You Are Buying
Checkout states the credit pack and the price in US dollars. You pay in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments and choose the coin on that payment page. Credits are delivered to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. There is no physical shipment, subscription, trial, or automatic renewal. Nothing needs to be cancelled to stop a future charge, because a purchase does not renew.
A confirmed payment that does not deliver the credits should be reported so we can correct it or refund it. You do not buy a guarantee of a particular AI response or permission to publish prohibited content.
2. Request a Refund
Contact [email protected]. Include your account email, the date, the amount, the order or payment reference, a short explanation, and any relevant non-sensitive evidence. Do not email a wallet private key, seed phrase, password, government ID, or intimate chat history.
We acknowledge a request within 24 hours. Our ordinary decision period is no more than seven calendar days from receipt. The time a cryptocurrency network or NOWPayments takes to show a refund is separate. If information is missing, we will say what we still need. Our discretionary mistaken-purchase offer below normally requires a request within 14 days of purchase. That period does not shorten a statutory withdrawal right, an unauthorized-payment claim, or another legal right.
3. Refund Grounds
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: after verification, we refund the affected amount.
- Non-delivery or material service failure: we investigate and provide the remedy required by law.
- Unauthorized payment: tell us and, where it helps, NOWPayments. A confirmed qualifying unauthorized charge is refunded through the applicable process.
- First accidental credit purchase: as a discretionary offer, unused purchased credits can qualify for a full refund. A partly used purchase can qualify for a proportional refund of the unused paid portion. This offer does not apply to repeated deceptive requests. Statutory rights apply separately.
- Service discontinued by us without your breach: we refund undelivered paid credits as required by law.
- A legally required withdrawal or other consumer remedy: we honor it even where a discretionary refund would otherwise be unavailable.
4. Limits on Discretionary Refunds
Unless the law requires otherwise, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund merely because credits went unused, an AI response did not suit personal taste, or purchased credits were fully used. Free or bonus credits have no cash value.
Account deletion or a policy violation does not cancel a refund the law already requires. A refund covers only the amount paid for the affected purchase. Refunded credits are removed from the account.
Network fees charged by a blockchain or by NOWPayments are not set by Averlo and may not be recoverable.
5. Method and Timing
An approved refund is returned in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, to the extent that provider can refund the original payment. We do not require you to take store credit instead of a monetary refund the law requires.
We start an approved refund promptly and within any mandatory legal deadline. If it does not appear within the period NOWPayments states, contact NOWPayments or [email protected].
6. EEA / UK Withdrawal and Other Mandatory Rights
Where a 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it with a clear statement to [email protected]. The rules differ between digital content and an ongoing digital service.
Credits are digital content supplied to your account after payment confirmation. Where the law allows the withdrawal right to end once digital content is supplied, that exception applies only if the required consent and confirmation were given before supply. Mandatory remedies for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered digital products remain available. This Policy also preserves consumer guarantees that apply in other places.
7. Disputes and Contact
You may contact us, NOWPayments about a payment it processed, a consumer authority, or a court. Contacting Sugar AI first is optional and does not suspend another deadline. A good-faith dispute is not, by itself, a reason to retaliate. We may act against documented fraud after review. Evidence in a dispute is limited to the transaction, delivery, and related account records described in the Privacy Policy.
