ZERO TOLERANCE: Content involving minors, trafficking, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual deepfakes of real people is prohibited, including when fictional, illustrated, edited, or AI-generated.

Sugar AI serves adults through https://sugarai.fun/ and https://sugarai.art/. Fictional adult characters can have a realistic visual style. Real-person image uploads and real-person characters are prohibited, including a user's own likeness and allegedly consensual material. These Guidelines cover private generation and the built-in community and form part of the Terms & Conditions. The Blocked Content Policy contains the definitive prohibited-content categories.

1. Generation and Publication Controls

Requests and outputs are subject to content checks. A flagged or uncertain output is withheld or restricted while assessed. Payment, private mode, or a fictional label does not bypass these rules.

All material submitted for community publication, including images, video, text, captions, tags, thumbnails and links, must pass review before it is visible to other users. A pending post is not public. Editing approved content requires review of the changed version. Automated checks assist the process; ambiguous, reported or high-risk material is escalated to an authorized reviewer. No claim of perfect detection is made.

Only eligible adults may publish, and only fictional adult depictions that meet the content rules can be approved. Users must not bypass a restriction through edits, coded language, a second account, or the other Sugar AI domain. A generation or moderation incident is reviewed to address its cause and prevent recurrence.

2. Adults Only

Only people who are at least 18 and at least the age of majority where they live may use the Service.

All sexual or romantic characters must be clearly adults. Age-ambiguous characters and youth-coded sexual content are prohibited.

You must confirm that you meet the age requirement before adult access. Suspected underage accounts are restricted pending review. Confirmed ineligible accounts are closed. The Underage and Age Assurance Policy explains the process.

3. Prohibited Topics and Content

3.1 Minors and Child Exploitation

Any sexualization, nudity, fetishization, grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of a person who is or appears to be under 18.

Any CSAM or sexualized minor depiction, whether photographic, fictional, cartoon, anime, AI-generated, morphed, edited, or otherwise synthetic.

Characters framed through underage ages, school-child settings, guardianship, grade level, childlike anatomy, prepubescent traits, or age-regression in a sexual or suggestive context.

Links, requests, instructions, euphemisms, coded language, or jailbreak attempts intended to locate or generate such material.

3.2 Sexual Exploitation, Trafficking, and Real-World Solicitation

Human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, sexual servitude, grooming, recruitment, or operational instructions that facilitate exploitation.

Advertising, arranging, purchasing, selling, or soliciting prostitution, escorting, paid sexual contact, or compensated "sugar" arrangements.

Price lists, availability schedules, location codes, contact exchanges, recruitment offers, or off-platform referrals used to facilitate commercial sexual activity.

Celebrating or normalizing coercion, debt bondage, confiscated documents, threats, restricted movement, or inability to leave.

3.3 Consent, Real Persons, and Sexual Violence

Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge pornography, sexual blackmail, or sexual deepfakes of any identifiable real person, including public figures.

Rape, sexual assault, incapacitation, coercion, or sexual activity without freely given consent.

Any real-person image upload, character based on a real person, face swap, nudification or voice impersonation, even where consent is claimed. Do not upload identity documents into chats, generation, or community posts.

Impersonating a real person or presenting AI-generated sexual content as an authentic record of a real person or event.

3.4 Other Sexual and Graphic Prohibitions

Zoophilia or bestiality, necrophilia, incest, or sexualized death, mutilation, or extreme injury.

Graphic real-world violence, torture, cannibalism, or cruelty intended to shock, glorify harm, or provide operational guidance.

3.5 Self-Harm and Dangerous Advice

Encouraging, romanticizing, or providing instructions for suicide or self-harm. The Service may provide a supportive refusal and encourage contacting emergency or crisis resources.

Unqualified medical diagnosis or treatment directions, personalized financial advice presented as professional advice, illegal weapons promotion, or instructions to commit or conceal crimes.

3.6 Hate, Extremism, Politics, Religion, and Privacy

Hateful discrimination, dehumanization, or incitement against protected groups; recruitment, praise, propaganda, or operational assistance for terrorists, extremists, or radical violent groups.

Targeted political persuasion, political campaigning, or authoritative political opinions presented as the platform's position.

Manipulative religious or spiritual direction, claims of divine authority, or exploitation of a user's beliefs or vulnerability.

Doxxing, disclosure of personal or confidential information, credential theft, stalking, or instructions to invade another person's privacy.

4. Synthetic Content and Real-Person Resemblance

Photorealism is allowed for clearly adult fictional people. It does not permit recreating an identifiable individual. A real photograph, a licensed model image or a consent form does not create an exception to the current synthetic-only character rules. Supplier assets and promotional material must be checked for the same problem.

Any allegation that an output resembles a real person is reviewed under the Content Removal Policy. A reporter does not need to own copyright or prove that a prompt deliberately targeted them. Reviewers consider the actual resemblance, context, identity misuse and harm. Unlawful or prohibited material is removed; non-consensual intimate image requests follow the specific urgent procedure.

Introducing real-person content would require a separate review of rights, identity, age, consent, recordkeeping and payment-provider permission before changing the product. These Guidelines do not authorize such a future feature.

5. Anti-Trafficking Controls and Indicators

We may escalate content or activity that contains indicators such as:

Offers of sexual services with prices, durations, locations, travel dates, menus, or coded availability terms.

A person speaking for or controlling another, repeated recruitment scripts, refusal or inability to communicate directly, or efforts to move sexual transactions off-platform.

References to debt, confiscated identity documents, threats, restricted movement, withheld earnings, inability to leave, or fear for family members.

Offers of modeling, hosting, travel, visas, housing, or content work conditioned on sexual activity.

References to school, guardians, curfews, grade level, or any stated or implied underage status.

Distress signals, requests for rescue, or statements of coercion or captivity.

6. Reporting

Any person, whether or not they have an account, may report suspected exploitation, prohibited content or safety concerns by email to [email protected]. The Complaints Policy explains how reports are handled. Include a location or content identifier, a brief description and the urgency. Do not attach, download or circulate suspected CSAM. A description or location is enough to start a safety review.

Good-faith reporting is free and protected from retaliation. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours. Credible urgent reports receive immediate escalation and provisional restriction. Acknowledgment is not a waiting period. The Complaints Policy and Content Removal Policy govern the decision and removal deadlines.

7. Enforcement and External Reporting

Block or remove the content and prevent further generation or distribution.

Warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the responsible account and take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

Preserve relevant content, metadata, logs, IP information, transaction records, and communications in a controlled evidence process when permitted or required.

Report apparent child exploitation to NCMEC or the appropriate national authority, and refer suspected trafficking or imminent danger to law enforcement, when required or appropriate.

Notify payment, hosting, or other partners where applicable rules require it and review the control failure that allowed the conduct.

Personnel must not download, reproduce, or redistribute suspected CSAM outside an authorized preservation and reporting process. Access is limited to designated personnel with a legitimate need.

8. Appeals

An affected user can appeal to [email protected], preferably within 30 days, with the case reference and reasons. A reviewer not responsible for the initial decision considers the appeal, with a decision within seven calendar days. A depicted person's removal request or legally available appeal is not barred by the 30-day suggestion. Appeals do not restore illegal content or suspend removal deadlines. Consent-validity disagreements follow the independent review process in the Content Removal Policy.

9. External Safety Resources

United States National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-888-373-7888 or text HELP to 233733.

NCMEC CyberTipline: https://report.cybertip.org/ or 1-800-843-5678.

StopNCII.org: support for non-consensual intimate imagery.

If someone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
